We understand that ordering online is not always an easy task and want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We are happy to accept your returns for a store credit to be used towards a future purchase.

Return Guidelines

• Email [email protected] to receive a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and initiate the return process.
  
• Items returned within 10 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a store credit. Returns received after this date will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
• All items are returned to Sweet Rebel Inc. at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to include a note inside the return package with your name, order number, reason for the return and your issued RMA number.
• All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged to be eligible for return. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will be returned to you at your expense.
• All accessories, hosiery, bodysuits, swimsuits and lingerie are final sale.
• If your item was damaged/incorrect upon receipt, email [email protected] within 8hrs of receiving the package with photo proof. Failure to do so will result in our inability to replace your item.
• A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to Sweet Rebel Inc. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.

Sweet Rebel Inc. reserves the right to deny credit if the items returned are outside the terms of our Return Policy.
